Help Wanted?

Besides personnel moves , draft picks, what this organization really needs is someone to develop this QB. Norv is not an option . Are their any QB coaches out their available that have a proven track record ? Any ideas?

This is a good point. I think right now we're all holding our collective breath with the Schotty situation. When that is resolved, we'll know what direction the team is going in terms of your point. I believe that has a lot to do with it.

I believe the decision has already been made by Tanny and Rex to fire him. It will happen in time.

His replacement hopefully will come from the Saints or Packers.

Based on his rehiring--Norv obviously has nine lives. Really thought he would be let go.

Before we hire a QB coach or an OC, REX must take charge of the team and set policy. Why hire a GROUND & POUND type OC and QB coach only to throw 60 plus times in a game? Why hire a down the field OC/ OB coach if we are a true GROUND & POUND team? Once direction is set a scheme can be developed to the QB advantage. The team and its QB can not be allowed to uncertain about the teams identity.

Somebody talked about him yesterday in a post about why Mark had great mechanics coming out of college. His name is Johnson (forget his first name, steve?) Mark's HS QB coach who is susposedly renowned. Used to work at USC, but developed Mark.

    Bring him in.
