    David Hawthorne ILB

How about this guy to replace Bart Scott. He played very well in Seattle and is only 26 and he fits our 3-4 scheme as a run stopping LB. Was out in Seattle for a week and saw him play I think he's a beast. Any thoughts?

    I'd rather have McClain

Sounds good to me. Can he drop into coverage at all?

From what I saw he looked solid in coverage. He had 3 picks on the season, one was returned for a TD.

He's a three-down LB that swarms to the ball. He was slowed down last year by a knee injury. Anyway, he's going to cost too much.
