It would also help if they polled people that DON'T have landlines either.

If we did a poll on JI, I'd bet that only 30% of people here still have old phones. ;)

Mushrooms and onions it is! :P

I highly recommend sliced avocado in a grilled cheese.

If that was Obama's platform, I'd go for it.

More than anything, I think this election will be a referendum on the expiration of the Bush tax cuts.

Do you want them to expire or do you want them to be permanent?

I also think depending on what happens with Israel and Iran, the electoral narrative could be seriously shaken up. This whole election could be about that tax cut until something happens in Iran and the focus shifts completely.

I cut and paste this from someone else (dude nailed it):

We needed a bigger-than-life President we got President Zero.
We needed a well-grounded stable President we got a certifiable narcissist.
We needed bold leadership we got a teleprompter.
We needed a seasoned hand we got a hand in in our pockets.
We needed a champion for American citizens... we got a champion for the invading horde of Illegal Aliens.
We needed a skilled bridge builder we got a class-warfare specialist and inciter-in-chief.
We needed practical, proven policies we got socialist dogma and monumental waste.
We needed an inspirational visionary we got an ideologically blinded, learning-impaired radical.
We needed a Constitutional champion we got a domestic enemy of the Constitution.
We needed a restrained, intimidating warrior we got groveling, bowing, Barney Fife.
    We needed a patriot we got G. D. America, G. D. America, G. D. America.
We needed someone to unshackle our economy we got someone who is a friend to our enemies and an enemy to our businesses.
We needed a president beyond color we got a green president embracing every whim and myth ever spoken by the kook environmental fringe.
We needed mature, principled leadership we got a petulant, lying, whining, blaming, sulking, man-child.

It is a national disgrace that someone this inept, incompetent, racist, and a American hating Socialist could be elected to the office of the Presidency.

10 April 2012'Progressive' Solution for Ghastly
25+% Real Black Unemployment Rate? Price Them Completely Out-of-the-Market with $10/hour Minimum Wage!
    "The minimum wage is the
    'Black Teenage Unemployment Act'...

The guaranteed way of holding the poor, the minorities
and the disenfranchised out of the mainstream is
if you price their original services too high..." -Art Laffer

As Rep Duncan Hunter (R-Ca) attempts to floor a bill that would force the US Labor Department to publish real unemployment numbers -ones that actually reflect the all-time-record number of Americans who have given up/left the labor force- some Democrats are now planning to unveil ill-advised legislation that would hike the federal minimum wage to as much as ten bucks an hour... a monstrous and unprecedented 35% leap from the current $7.25/hr (!)

    :dead:

These idiots just don't get it.
