Thread: What is President Obama's Policy Platform for Election 2012?

What is President Obama's Policy Platform for Election 2012?

What is he running on, specificly, this election?

    Promises?

    Results he already achieved?

TLDR: If asked, what would Obama tell us is the reason we should vote for him. Not against his opponents, but for him.

"We have to finish what we started."

Frankly, I'm a little worried that if the court strikes down Obamacare it'll work in his favor.

    Pocketbook, the economy is turning.

We dont know? According to the majority of posters here he has been campaigning since he entered office.

My guess he would remind us of where the economy was when he took over and where it will hopefully be in November. Getting out of Iraq. Trying to make healthcare accessible to everyone.

Serious question, not just directed at you...

Quoting lunatics from both sides is fun...

However, when a moderate R is running, social issues to the backburner, all focus on domestic spending/foreign policy, what will D take aim at if it weren't for Romney's wealth/faith/skin color?

Romneys propensity of of saying very dumb things and being completely out of touch, it is not going to be very difficult to create controversy on a daily basis.

Obama has nothing to worry about when it comes to foreign policy, IMO.

Why are his wealth, and how he obtained it, and his religious beliefs off the table?

Yeah, being caught on mic telling the President of Russia to be patient until he can fool America one more time shouldn't be an issue.

"GM is alive and bin Laden is dead."

How can the average schmuck swing voter vote against that?

Your interpretation is hilarious and dishonest to say the least. Gee, what was actually said?
Obama,"This is my last election. After my election I will have more flexibility".

Russian President Medevev," I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladamir and I stand with you".
Your premise is false.

You can play fantasy games if you want, but everything is on the table, for every candidate, every year. To imagine otherwise is folly.

Obviously not. You're saying that's all they got. I actually agree with you...
