GMC says to get one of these:

He says it works great. Just ask SAR.
PlumberKhan if the kid wasnt 13 you could probably show him how to get the best enjoyable workout. I hear you do stuff a double jointed person cannot do.

Shakin most sports training facilities have group programs inexpensive set up for kids his age.

LOL.....remember the original giant cable "remote" box that actually had a wire connecting it to the box on teh TV...if you pushed the "8" and the "4" button down together, you could get the pron channel. Once they figured that out and it stopped working, you could open the back of the box, turn a screw inside and get the pron channels and other channels your parents were too cheap to pay for.

    Good times.

Still not sure why you're encouraging him to play organized sports as a youthz.

lolz! Kids these days don't even have to work for the pron, just have to Google it.

When I was....erm....incarcerated, I figured out how to get the TV in the dorm to tune to the scrambled porn channel. Audio was crystal clear. You should have seen how fast everyone in there ran to the TV...the CO was cracking up. He let us watch for 5 mins until someone screamed "I SAW A NIPPLE!!" and then shut it off before the female Sargent walked in...

Lifting weights is fine if the kid is going through puberty. If not, I would focus on skill oriented exercises, or exercises that focus on range of motion/cardiovascular fitness/etc.

So if Shakin Jr were not a minor your suggestion would be to show him how to exercise vigorously via hyper-flexible man-love? What in the hell is wrong with you? I'm gonna guess TBI.

Matador training is a full core/strength workout and can be started as early as 9 or 10.

He'd probably bring some sportsmanship to it. Maybe offer 32's kid a refreshing beverage before scrapping.

    You know...for the electrolytes.
