What if we took hill at 16?

If we had "reached" for Hill at 16 and somehow Coples had fallen like DaQuan Bowers did last year into the second round and we took him then, would everyone feel better about the draft?

Hill was projected to go in the 20s by a lot of people, addresses one of our needs, and has the upside potential to be a top 10 WR in the league in 2 years. Great value.

Love the pick and the move up to get him.

lol @ the thought of Coples dropping that far.

This is a great draft. Its deep enough where it feels like we got two first rounders. If we can land a RT in the third, this will shape up fantastically.

    +1

The draft is evolving nicely for the Jets addressing critical needs. I love our picks so far.

Some people just like to ***** no matter what. They would have seen a flaw in Andrew Luck's game if the Jets drafted him. I love the home run shots like this one. Again, the Jets could have went with a safe pick, but they went with a guy that could be an absolute star. A 6'4 WR that runs a 4.36? Has he had great production in college? No, but who knows... with the right coaching he could be a star. I'm not saying he will be, but you can't teach that type of speed/height. You can teach adequate route running.
