Thread: Some Obvious FOX News Bias That Made Me LoL
I'm not playing endless meandering nitpicking wall of text with you yet again Safety. It's unproductive, frankly, especially from a position not supported by a professional propaganda arm (the media) or an endless array of professionally created, tested and approved party talking points.

That, and I think you are a liar. You say you want one thing, when you realy want more. You'll simply take the one thing now, then demand the enxt thing right after, and burn, one way or the other, anyone who would deny it.

Today's American Liberals (generally) dislike/hate alot about our country, how it works, and how it came to be, etc. This is evidenced by an endless litany of posts that say exactly that, albeit often with an attempt to cover that ghatred in code words and phrases, for fear of being called out on their hatreds and intolerence.

American Liberals, like Obama and most liberal posters here, want to "fundamentally transform" the country into some Super-Sized Multicultural Version of Norway, with dreams of even greater All-World Utopian Socialism and State Power over the individual. They do not belive in nationalism, or individualism, or personal responsabillity.

They believe in Utopian Collectivism, in one form, or another. The State dominant over the individual in all ways.

I will not debate your little points. Every little point of modern American liberalism is simply an entry point or rung on the ladder in a move towards greater State power, less personal freedom and liberty, and a more Socialist Tyrany State existence.

And as such, not one foot need be given, not the small things debated. Protection of the individual from the power of the State and it's collectivist backers is always rightious.

Enjoy voting (as always) for the Party, for Obama, proof that liberals are liars and hypocrites of teh highest order when they support him based on ANY of his millitary/defense/security actions.
+1 well said.
You think? You think I loathe you, Ken, Safety, para, Winston, PK or IJF?

If you think that FF, then you and I have misread each other quite badly. :dunno:

The only people in the United States I hate are those here illegaly, and those who would change the system outside of the Law. Liberals? No mate, I don't hate liberals.

But I do think a few of the liberals here, like Ken, truly do hate a majority of those on the right.
Well if I misread you I am sorry, but I am thinking you misread them but who really knows from internet postings. I have seen you at least show some disdain that borders on hate. Or maybe its just frustration. Calling someone a liar, etc.

Regardless, I still think we are all more alike than we are different in our beliefs and out love for the country. I think when you play the game of: "We love America; you don't!! it just acts to polarize the discussion. It's the old Love It or Leave it deal...you can love it and still want to see parts of it changed.

And on that, I think we will have to agree to disagree.

State-Based Collectivism, the core of modern American Liberalism, is simply not compatable with Libertarianism in any large scale or meaningful way.

Put simply, I could not live in a perfect Liberal Country, a Collectivist Tyrany where the individual is cushed beheath the jackboot of teh greater good......and Liberals clearly have a loathing for the concepts of personal liberty, personal responsabillity and personal accountabillity in all their forms.

No, we're far more far apart than you think.

Republicans and Democrats though.....one need only look at Obamacare, the merger of Corporatism and Collectivism at their mutual worst, to see that those two are closer than either side wants to admit.
I think when you play the game of: "We love America; you don't!! it just acts to polarize the discussion. It's the old Love It or Leave it deal...you can love it and still want to see parts of it changed.
Except when one side consistently points out how bad we are, how much we suck, how horrible we are at everything, how mean, how uncaring, how unfair, how cruel, over and over and over.....it's not a stretch to take that as a dislike/hatred for what we are.

It may polarize the debate, but perhaps the issue of our future is already polarized as it is. Already, in a way, an Uncivil Political War. Winner take all.

I'd feel good though if I were you FF.....from my viewpoint, Liberalism is winning, on almost all fronts.

I would respectfully disagree with that definition.

Have a good week my friend.

And not to beat a dead horse...I would say Liberalism gets the same treatment these days.

    Libtards right?

Its all so boring at this point.

I pray that its just the extremists at each end doing all the yelling and someday the reasonable people at the center of each side can turn down the volume and work for the greater good. I'm not optimistic.

I would expect nothing less. On the PR front, a core aspect of modern American Liberalism is to project every addition to State power as some small, meaningless, little nothing of a thing. So small, only a crazy zealot would object.

Once aquired, it's on to the next thing. And being against that next thing, such a small, meaningless, little nothing of a freedom to surrender....why, only a crazy zealot would object. A mean, unfair, evil, hateful, bigoted, racist, rich, corporate owned crazy zealot, in fact.

    And on....

    And on....

    And on.....we go.

As I said, my deepest regret is that I think you're going to win in the end.

    No, not boring. Sad.

As for the great unwashed masses of moderates. They are what they are, for the most part.

Waiting for them to save the day is a recipie for the worst. Remember, it was "average Germans" who followed their leaders and killed millions in an assembly line of slaughter and murder. Average Russians, who gunned down their fellow Russians and killed yet more millions. Average Africans who to this day kill their fellows in endless tribal strife and massacre and rape.

The average person is just that, average. They do what they're told. To what seem like unimaginable ends.

Then, afterwards, they make excuses for it.

Didn't even bother to read teh article tbqh, the picture made me lol it was such an obvious case of "image bias" in reporting.

How do other news shows not display such a face of displeasure from the president could be a question also. Is it not a news story.

In the U.K. and ALL other countries that offer "free" heath care, people BUY supplemental policy's so they can go to their own DR. and not have to wait weeks. NO ONE is denied coverage in this county. If you have a heart attack in Houston, you go to Herman Hospital with some of the worlds best Cardiologists, no questions asked period. As Fish said, If things are sooo bad here move to a socialist paradise. Btw, Why do people risk life and limb to teem to the shores of this TERRIBLE RACIST county???? Huh, huh, huh???

You won't answer a simple f***ing question "are Germany, the UK or Canada like the Soviet Union in 1919?"

You don't want to debate anymore because it's not going the way you want. You've done this before, bring up the "wall of text" defense, accuse me or other liberals of secretly hating my country and speak in broad generalizations about political philosophies. Now you call me a liar, too.

Actually your post reads a lot like a Green Jets & Ham post.

Either way, if you're going to quit right when things were getting interesting, you can GFY.

Predictable Internet Message Board Collectiivist Bully. Atitude you'd no doubt be far less willing to display face to face.

If at first you don't succeed, deflect, demonize and attack, eh? :dunno:

This one may be the most laugahale of all, as I and GJ&H had so much in common, right? Two peas in a pod he and I.

When you don't get the answer you want, strait to the rhetroic of anger and hatred, true liberalism, a direct "GFY" for not playing by your rules the past few days and not simply accepting your propaganda as the truthful word of God, and not allowing you to set the terms of the debate to suit your biases.

If circumstances were different, like a good compassionate enlightened collectivist, you'd probably be happy to simply have me arrested as an enemy of the people. Or just put a bullet in my head, if no one was looking. For my own good, of course, and the good of all people, determined, as always, by the collectivist in charge. No shortage of violent collectivists doing just that, for the "greater good", throughout history.

Sorry to dissapoint you my little Collectivist friend. But I don't work by your rules, nor am I interested in debating someone who does not respect the individual on the same old worn out grounds, listening to the same old collectivist talking points yet again.

As I said way back when, enjoy your hypocricy, enjoy your vote for a man who took where Bush started, and doubled and tripled down on everything the collectivists claimed to be against.....right up to the day their man took office, and the predictable collectivist bloodlust took hold.

    I'm the bully?

    What because I said GFY?

How about you asking Ken "hey if you hate America so much, why not leave?"

Or how about when you describe my views as those of the Soviet Union?

Or how about when you accuse me of framing the argument by asking you "Are Germany, the UK and Canada all equivalent to the Soviet Union?"

I like their healthcare systems, Warfish, and I think we should return to a Glass-Steagull financial regulatory age and raise the tax rates to the Clinton code, hell I'd be for scrapping the whole tax code and starting over with a new one if it ever became an option politically. I'm for cutting pretty much every facet of government except investment in alternative energy, space exploration and public infrastructure.

    Basically, I'm this guy -

    Right, Comrade?

And there's nothing I've written on this forum that I wouldn't say to you directly, in person.

If I was a Mod I would end this thread right here. Fish you remain the Master Baiter. Blitz we get it. You prefer UK and Russia's antiquated low quality medical systems. Good luck finding others to go along with that.

Fish, lets grab a beer and talk **** about Obama. Blitz, Kenyo called and they are having a meeting of the Socialist Party of America at his house. He's like you to be there.

Germany, UK and Canada - that's what I said.

Jesus f***ing christ, every description has to mention The Soviet Union or Russia.

Do you see why that might piss one off?
