Love Neil Young. Saw him once. Not sure I'd want to see him now. But I did note the tour. Really hard to know what you're gonna get with musicians past a certain age, whether it'll be great or just sad. I'm a big John Prine fan and he's never been less than great, even after his throat cancer. But I also recently bought tickets to see Ian Anderson and then resold them when I learned that his vocal chords are so shredded it's almost painful to listen to. Have James Taylor tickets for later this month. Crossing my fingers.

Caught him at Red Rocks solo. It was awesome, Pretenders opened, can't wait to hear the reverb with Crazy Horse over the rocks!

If I go to the Montreal show can I crash at your place?

Seriously though ... senior year of college (3.5 years ago, holy hell I'm getting old) I got free 1st row seats in Worcester. Best concert of my life.

Something tells me he is going to play the whole Americana album, probably from start to finish and in order. I like some of it - some needs to grow on me. I wouldn't expect a greatest hits show. Could be like the Greendale show.

I will. I've been in Myrtle Beach since Thursday, golfing by day and getting lappys from Russian strippers by night. My only concern is that one of them reached down my pants and grabbed my dong with a bare hand. Yes, I stopped her because instead of "this is nice, " the first thought that entered my head was "how many times did Svetlana do this before me and did she wash her hands after each one?"

Russian nurses don't wash their hands never mind Russian Strippers. Congratulations, you are officially a ghey by technicality.

Update: halfway between Richmond and D.C. because worst airline ever Spirit decided to delay the flight and then cancel it. Nothing out of Myrtle Beach until tomorrow afternoon and flights from Charleston and Charlotte were like a grand one way. Five of us in a rented Durango. The greatest lap dance ever given isn't worth this.

He can be happy the rest of his life with the cinnamon girl.

Actually, he can be happy the rest of his life with a few ripe bananas.
