Nice try! Hispanics are listed as white.
Per CAPITA blacks one again take the (proverbial) CAKE! 28% and 14% of the population. #1 in crime #1 in living off of others. Your liberal programs have FAILED society and FAILED and ENSLAVED the people they are supposed to 'HELP" good one way voters though!
Liberals need to come to grips with this fact, These programs are not helping these people and I don't mean the people on TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE, I'm talking about the chronic abusers, it you had REAL empathy for them you'd agree. Liberals love the dependency cycle, because it feels good.
The U.S. Population for 2011 was 300 million.
The percentage of Americans receiving food stamps was 45 million.
28% of Food stamp recipients are Black. 59% of Food Stamp recipients are white.
The above chart shows the percentage of each race receiving food stamps based on these numbers.
Yeah liberal programs have failed society. Social Security, Medicare they sure failed society.
How about this, try talking about welfare without referring to race.
Quid Pro Quo.
Can we ask Lefties not to make every argument a Race, Class or Gender Descrimination based attack?
If you or any tea bagger wants to have an honest conversation about the merits of welfare and need for reform and how to stop welfare abuse, fine do so. But leave the race out of it. Perhaps you can. But i doubt the tea baggers can.
So unless the Left can couch the issue as a "War on Women", "War on Hispanics" or "War on Minorities", there should be no mention of race or gender at all from Righties, eh?
Double Standard Much?
First the racist term "Po' White Trash". Nice Psudo-ebonic there with the "Po'" I should add.
Now an insulting term describing your enemies as "teabaggers", i.e. people who put their testicles-on-face. You're not going to claim ignorance to the terms meaning, are you Ken, or use the old excuse that "thast what they called themselves" are ya? Yeah, you probably will.
You're as bad as the woman in the video yourself. I sense real, honest, hatred from you towards some of us.
A political and economic theory of that advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned or regulated...
(in Marxist theory) A transitional social state between the overthrow of capitalism and the realization of communism.
a political orientation that favors social progress by reform and by changing laws rather than by revolution.
It is not the apples to apples comparison that you would have people believe. I am a progressive liberal and I have no desire to see us become a communist or socialist society. But I also have no desire to watch our country become a fascist society either. The reality is that we have a mixed economy and this progressive liberal likes that.
Socialized medicine is socialism.
Social security is socialism.
Taxing property and spending it on schools is a redistribution of wealth.
Don't run from it. There's a difference between socialism and communism, as well as distinction from degrees of socialism, a society can have a robust social safety net or a scaled back version, both socialism - but at greatly different cost and degrees of shared burden.
Basically, don't let them dictate to you that socialism is a bad word or that we don't already have it. The argument is about degrees, kinda like the old joke "Would you sleep with me for 100$? How about a million dollars?" To which the woman first responds no, then yes to the second, and you say "Good, now we know what you are, we're just negotiating on price".
I agree completely, as well as your point about a "matter of degree".
In fact, I'm MUCH more flexable than you may think when it comes to a DEGREE of socialism in our culture/system.
Well I'm definitely curious as to your practical flexibility on the degree of socialism in our society - an example of something socialist that you think is good/has worked for America, or perhaps something we haven't done yet?
And when you say you agree on "matter of degree", I am encouraged by that - yet at the same time, you throw around the word communist a lot, which I think is an erroneous substitute for socialism many of the times you've used it.
On this, we will disagree. It's helped some, and it's hurt many as well.
Yes, we've been there and done that. Agree to disagree. That thread can stand for itself, hopefully others read it.
How about stop using tax dollars to fund public schools. Let the parents pay the real dollar amount. Let them see how much they are getting ripped off for.
The poor who are unable to pay should get government help that is only fair.
But their parents are legally held responsible for their children.
The real cost of education in this country are salaries(20%) but heathcare and retirement are the killer let them setup their own 401K's.
Sound fair to you. Possibly simplistic but do able.
