    On a bad leg

Thomas was never slow footed especially for his size; go back and read the reports on him coming out of college. He never developed into a good pass rusher but doesn't mean he couldn't move and was one of our best run defenders partially because he could cover ground. Granted we have to see how he plays coming off the injury, in but to say Thomas was slow footed before this is just stupid, sorry.
Bryan Thomas ran 4.47 on an injured leg at the Combine-

Also don't forget about who is arguably the teams fastest lB in Marcus dowtwin.

Kid is basically an LB in RB body at 230 with 4.4 speed. Has huge character issues as (aside from the fight incident) someone who never practiced hard at Georgia but the kid definitely has amazing ability. I could see him as another hybrid LB/safety who can blitz and cover.

Will be great to see what he can do in the preseason

marcus Dowtin never ran a 4.4 . (If your going to exaggerate make it a 4.16 4.56 is still a pretty impressive time.

He ran a 4.56 same as Davis, BLT's 4.47 on an injured leg is faster.
Hopefully now that his leg is injured again he will return to his 4.47 speed

Actually the 4.4 was a typo meant to say 4.5 which I'm sure you will say is wrong as it was 4.56.
