Picture in the link, judge for yourself.

    I'd hit that.

And I guarantee you that the lawyer is hitting it. Look at how she looks at him in the video. Lawyer looks like a complete leech.

She looks and sounds like a typical LI bimbo. I hope CPS looks into her.

Don't we, as tax payers, deserve better?

Suits like this are without questions frivolous but they can also carry benefits - that is bringing light to incompetent police management and corrupt police officers (yes corrupt, as far as I'm concerned this officer was stealing from the tax payers)

My guess is this cop isn't the only one not doing his job.
    Save it.

If we fired every who didn't do their job at work there would be nobody working.

Guy was getting laid on the job. Good for him.

Cop should be suspended or reassigned. Not fired. This case and embarrassment is punishment enough.

And yeah, FF2 would hit it.

    What about the chillens?????

I can't speak for them, but I'm guessing that if she weren't their mom, they'd hit it too.

    Best line in the article:

"She appears to have gotten something from the county that other citizens did not."

    yes she did.

Seriously? The cop is 100% derelict of his duties and he shouldn't be fired? I think Nassau County should fire him, sue him for the money he basically stole and take away his pension. F*** him!

It's one thing to do a lousy job and another all together to completely abandon your job.

As for her... she's just a skanky c*** and shouldn't see a friggin' dime of the taxpayers money.

He had consensual sex with an adult while on the clock. A horrendous error in judgement. I do not think that makes him a bad cop. What if he has a family or children he needs to support. They are the ones that end up being punished.

What if he is a sex addict? Isn't that considered an illness nowadays (thank the libs)? Would you fire someone for having the flu?

So because he has a family, he shouldn't be punished?

In that case, why not fire all the cops? I mean, we all have families, so why punish anyone?

You know what? If he stopped in once or twice for quickies, I could articulate slapping him on the wrist with a suspension.

This guy apparently spent entire tours of duty at this chicks house multiple times. What gets me is that someone had to be covering for him and answered his calls. Where were his bosses?

As a supervisor, you repeatedly hear another sector picking up this guys jobs and you dont check up on him?

And he certainly wasnt backing up other cops on their jobs (calls).

I'll defend cops where warranted, but this whole thing stunk on many levels and Nassau needs to examine its field supervision, especially in a job where guys work alone and could be subject to temptation when bored etc.

Cops are human and some do dumb things, the bosses should have ensured this guy was not so comfortable disappearing.

Everyone but BAC needs to check their sarcasm detectors. It was all tongue-in-cheek.

Not for nothing but does this surprise anybody. A cop getting laid while he is supposed to be on the job. Clinton was getting BJs in the Oval Office for crying out loud.

But my last defense of him would be what if he was doing her on his lunch or dinner hour? If that is the case, he didn't steal a dime.
