A lot of the productivity of the WRs depends on the QB, and the offense that's run. LF being able to do what he does with Skelton and Kolb back there is extremely impressive IMO.
LF has excellent work ethic and by far the best hands of the bunch. With a pair of JAG qb's throwing the ball to him, what he has accomplished is amazing, and is actually underrated by a lot of people.

Andre Johnson when fully healthy is a dominant WR that can take over games consistently, he has bucketfuls of everything you would want in a #1 - size, speed, explosiveness, eye-hand coordination, power and agility (deadly combination) which added to his remarkable body control gives you a dominant receiver at all levels of the field, not just deep. He's also a crushing run blocker.

Megatron has the best pure athleticism of the top WR's.

Perhaps in the near future our Stephen Hill could be in the conversation form inclusion in the top 5 WR's in the league.

If all he makes is #5 on that list, I'll take it.
