2009 team, the oline was much better. The RBs were way better. The LBs were three years younger, The WRs were better. The chemistry was much better. Much better veteran leadership. Can't see how he thinks Landry and Bell are better in the secondary that that crew either or he is predicting that Landry regains his pro bowl level of play.

2010 team was the best IMO. I get chills watching highlights of that season.

Only one of the LB's age is a question in the 4-3, none are so much older that it makes a bit of difference. The WR's, you don't know that they were better. No Holmes, who like it or not is a player. And you don't have a clue what Hill, Shill, etc will give us. Either way this group looks better.

The Chemistry was better? Love how people think they know what the chemistry on any team is like. How could you possibly know that it was better? Other than you're pulling it out of your ass. The same with veteran leadership,

Landry and Bell, if they play like they have in the past, admittedly means Landry has to stay on the field is an upgrade. How could you say they're not. And we're leaving Cromartie out of the secondary. An upgrade.

Agree that Sanchez is the key to what kind of season the Jets will have.

God I hope not: the offense is a mess.
    1) Average QB - no viable backup
    2) Below average receivers including one nutcase
    3) Enormous hole at RT on OL.
    4) Below average to poor RB corp
    5) No depth on DL/LB corp from pass rush perspective
    6) Below average safeties.

None of this is Rex's fault. Tanny is to blame.

If Otah and Landry are healthy and playing at a high level then yes, this is the best roster Rex Ryan has had.

    No question.
