    Post Day 4 Camp Updates

Morning again, practice will start at 8 am again til 11 am. Let's hope the offense responds today.
We should also see Revis back out there on the field again today.

    Post all your updates!

Seeing Revis on the field today isn't a must. If his hammy isn't 100% right, allow the man to rest. I do love the reports of Stephen Hill beating Revis from time to time though.

Hopefully we see a big day out of offensive players such as Sanchez, McKnight and Kerley; we need Kerley to pick it up.

Looking forward to this thread DaBallhawk. You've done an outstanding job thus far.

Revis' contractvagina er... Hammy is day to day.

    Thanks!

Yes I'd rest him as well but Revis said he expects to be out there today so I'm guessing he'll be ready. Not that we need him out there, not that he needs to be out there. Wouldn't mind resting him either. I don't want this thing to bother him the entire season like it did 2 years ago when he pulled it on a deep throw while covering Moss.

Quick hits from Rex Interview on NFL Network:

RE Revis: He wants to go out there but team doesn't want to risk anything. He might practice today, he might not. Had this hamstring issue before a couple years ago, so they want to be careful with a player like a Revis.

RE Offense so far: Defense will always have an advantage but offense looks good and will get better.

RE Tebow: Very excited he's here. Developing as a QB. Mechanics are getting better, Cavanaugh is an outstanding coach (LOL). Once the game starts he's a different player.

RE Team Chemistry: Says he's now a more hands on guy, not just sitting in the coaching chair. Part of why stuff went wrong last year in terms of chemistry. Now they believe in each other, better team chemistry.

RE Weight: Lost 105 pounds, feels great, wants to see his kids grow up. Was 350 pounds at his peak @ the Colts game where he realized he had to lose weight.

RE Defense: Said he's the best D# Coach based on facts. Never finished worse than 6th on defense, nobody else has done that. Knows it's true, team does as well. People will criticize him but it doesn't bother him. It's not just because of him, also about great players and great assistent coaches he gets to work with.

Good read. Can't wait for the actual training camp reports today.

    - Jets defense wearing black practice jerseys this morning, a reward for dominating versus offense Sunday.

ESPN with extensive live TC coverage of the Jets today. Jaws also there, focusing on the QB's I'd guess.

    - Usual rehab group, including Davis and Otah. Landry in pads but we'll see how much he does.

    - Darrelle Revis, who missed the team portion of practice yesterday, is on the field stretching this morning in uniform with teammates.

Offense warming up right now, QB's throwing balls to receivers.

Well for those still in doubt about who the #1 QB is, Sal Pal just announced it to the nation.

Looks like offense is working on hurry up offense.

Going from the shotgun and quickly snapping the ball.

Nice to see Darrelle Revis in uniform (what happened to those Revis critics claiming "another holdout"?

Also nice to see LaRon Landry practicing with pads on. If Landry can not only return to form, but also stay healthy? He'll change the entire complexion of our defense moving forward; he's that good.

That was the in-studio talent. They know sh*t. Sal Pal clearly stated at the beginning of the broadcast the Mark Sanchez is clearly the #1.

Doubt its anything to look into, but sanchez and mcelroy are repping with sparano while Tebow is with simms repping seperately with a random coach

ESPN is horrible. Heard countless times about the "battle" between Sanchez and Tebow, Seen Tebow running in the rain 3 separate times, and just heard whoever the woman is talk about captains and how the team was mad Rex made Mark Sanchez a captain last year.

Looks like the Jets are substituting Hard Knocks with unlimited access for ESPN and NFLN.

I actually love it. Shows that we're NFL relevant. ESPN and the media may be a little clueless, but I enjoy it.
