LOL I guess growing up in Jersey I never even knew these beers existed.

The Pathmark one looks tasty though.

I believe we have a black and white generic can of salmon around. My mother got if for us around the turn of the century when all the computers were set to explode. I guess I was supposed to survive and begin re-populating the earth with any surviving women. Southside was still around, but all the pressure would have been on me.

Drank way too much of this swill. But, we were young and looking to get loaded. I was right on the cusp of can the opener-to-flip top ring era.

Damn I thought we were bad with the Old Milwaukee, Shaeffer, Stroh's (the first 30 packs,) Piel's (alot of dorm RA writeups cause of Piel's,) Black Label (worst of em all,) but those look like some real winners,

JW, how friggin' insane were those days? Guys now have no clue how "small town"/tight a$$ed everything was. I'm from the time when cops would pull you over for being loaded, then follow you home to make sure you got there and turned off the car before killing yourself or someone else. Seems unthinkable today.

The ground (cement, actually) of my park was strewn with a mountain of those cans after a "routine" Friday and Saturday night.

The "boombox" in my era was a transistor radio. Seriously. F**k me.
