    Conley sucks too.

We have about 7 good players on our entire team.

After Woody went down, Hunter played well in 2010 at the end of the regular season and in the playoffs. Then, all of the sudden, he couldn't block last year and now. I don't understand it at all. Since the entire o-line went from playing well to total crap, you have to wonder if it's the scheme and/or communication issues. Otherwise, how could the entire line (except for Mangold) go from one extreme to the other. It's not like our o-line got old.

I agree it's only preseason, but this team looks like mushroom barley soup mixed with green peas, borscht & sour cream

And Eli wasn't throwing to Calvin Johnson. He wasn't throwing to Larry Fitzgerald.

He threw the ball in a position where only his guy could get it.

QBs don't just throw it up for grabs. They throw it to a spot where they believe their guy has a good chance to come down with it, without taking too much of a risk.

They throw to guys who are about to run past a defender. Sanchez waits until they have already run past the defender... usually it's too late.

It's not about assumption, it's about anticipation and Sanchez doesn't have that yet.

By the way, since this is pre-season, why not give Stephen Hill a chance to go after a jump ball? He has all the size and elite athletic ability the big-time WRs do. Give the kid a shot. Why not?

No, let's throw it to John Connor half a dozen times.
I totally agree with you on that point. Let Sanchez keep throwing to Hill.

Hunter has played well for how many games over the last two years ?

I'd bet the house Mangolds sister can outplay Hunter at RT.

    The guys is horrendous.

I know it's preseason but the Jets offense is a f-ing embarrassment. 7-9 looks like a stretch right now.

As long as no one blocks our LBs, we'll be fine.

Dustin Keller in the sideline television interview making excuses for the Jets offense sounded like the voice-over in one of the friends in King Of The Hill

The good news is that apparently we have good depth on the defense. We are going to need it, as our defense will be on the field the entire time like last year.
