JW: Let your son know that should he meet up with any attractive coeds, let's say for arguments sake in the 19-22 year-old age bracket, who might require relationship/lovemaking advice/counseling, let them know that I offer services which are both affordable and award winning in their scope and breadth. Limited assistantships are frequently awarded to those females, obviously in need, from the Pacific Rim.

It doesn't get any better. We moved our oldest out to Waco friggin Texas to attend grad school at Baylor. She's doing great, me not so much, she's too far away. Geez, when the younger one leaves in 2 years, I'll have to be put on meds.

I take my son to college on Thursday. I raised him as a single dad and so I'm just used to having him around. We have always been close and the thought of not having him around is killing me. All part of life but it doesn't mean I have to like it.

Fortunately my younger son is a long way from college.

Dropped my daughptne off at URI today, very sad.

Wasn't a total downer, I did hit a pub called the Mews Tavern that has 69 micro and specialty brews on tap--although they were all pedestrian and boring so we can't have the Hampur Reunion there.

    I had this flight:

Shipyard Punkinhead Ale, Goose Island Honkers Ale, Newcastel Werewolf, Newport Storm Summer Heffe

Many drunken nights at the Mews. They used to have very hot waitresses. Do they still, haven't been in years?

These kids think we were born old.

A few years back, at parents weekend NC State played Wake Forest and at tailgate , one of the kids challenged me to do a beer pong. An entire beer poured through a funnel. My daughter said go ahead dad, im kool with it.

As I prepped , got in the position, I hear a loud scream... "HEY..a parent is doing a beer pong". There was a crowd of about 40 people there to watch. I did it, almost couldn't, BUT when I was done, the kids were cheering and patting me on the back.

    Ahh...the memories.

    It's a beer "bong", silly.

    Beer pong is a game.
