    You do realize the best NFL Head Coaches' are for the most part considered specialists on one side of the ball.

    Offense:

    Gruden, Reid, Coughlin, Payton

    Defense:

    Cowher, Dungy, Tomlin


    Only "elite" head coaches I can think of in recent history that mastered both sides of the ball were Parcells and Belichick.
