Yeah, that Mangold guy is 'pretty good.'

By the way, Rex inherited a team that had no QB, Cotchery/Stuckey starting at WR and a 30+ year old at RB.

Where to begin with this thread ....

While the 2010 team was better, the 2012 Jets are more talented than they were in 2009, when they went to the AFC championship game. Do you remember that we started a rookie QB as well as Cotchery and Stuckey?

Just because draftniks thought Ingram to the Jets was a good fit does not mean that Coples (who BTW had 5 sacks in the preseason) was the better selection.

Francessa and the rest of the media can b!te me at this point to be perfectly frank. I have seen the Jets make the playoffs with less talented rosters. Remember 2006?

And this is where all the blowhards (both posters and radio personalities) go overboard.

I guess trading up in the second round for a 6'4 WR that runs 4.4 isnt improving the group. They should have just traded for Fitzgerald.

    1. Hunter is not starting at OT, so that is a de facto improvement

    2. Hill over Plax at this stage in their careers. If Plax is so irreplaceable, someone else would have signed him.

    3. If you want to say Greene is average coming off a 1k yard season, I can live with that, but below average?

    4. Who the f*** has 4 or 5 offensive lineman that scare anyone?

"Your friends think the Jets are going to go 12-4? I guess they think the games are only played on one side of the ball."

Mike focuses on his life, family and business. But allows Ray Catena to concentrate on the type of automobiles he drives and the leasing arrangements.

$3500 per month. Pales in comparison to his Diet Coke bill.

Yes. Let's just fire Ryan now before the season starts. We'll replace him with Francesa, who clearly knows more about football than anyone.

I would say our roster now if far superior to that one. I don't even think it's close.

    Younger and faster...
