No. He was cut and the NT from Miami was signed to replace him!

guess Damon Harrison will be inactive on game days. They are grooming him, Ellis, Wilkerson, and Coples as the future. Not bad. Not bad at all.
Marcus Dixon is only 28 too.

Wow, I didn't realize he was actually gone. Good to see him back.

Awesome news. One of my favorite 'bottom of the roster' players.

So what was the point of this: cut Dixon, sign new guy , cut new guy, re-sign Dixon?

Did they save money this way or was this all just a lot of nothing?

Because he's a JAG, but a good JAG. I'm glad they brought him back too, but he's not a world-beater by any stretch of the imagination.

    It's really not that complicated.

    Certainly not nefarious.

New guy eligible for PS. Dixon not. This is exactly how we jacked Jarron Gilbert from da Bears. Keep him on the roster just long enough for dust to clear, and then waive him when other rosters are full.

Who did we cut to make room again for Dixon?

    Good point.

You're not as dumb as 32 said you were last week.

Isn't the new CBA rule that teams can't add players to PS squads until they've signed them to regular roster and then release them? Is it possible the Dixon/Aaitui exchange was to adr d Aaitui to the PS all along, but they wanted the opportunity to do this by getting first dibs during waiver pick-ups after final cutdown? Would make sense to me.
