I almost felt bad for Hunter for being run out of town the way he was, but when he complains that fans and media got on him for no reason and were like sharks, well then I can care less what happens to him at this point. The guy played as poor as someone can play, what did he expect fans to do? Hold a parade for him? You want the money and you want all that goes with being a stating RT in the NFL, then you have to deal with things when it goes bad.
NY Fans and some Jets fans think they have some sense of entitlement or right to act like *******s, this isn't just the fans in the stands either.
C'mon Ray, We pay money, We've been paying money for forty years. Comes along one hack RT who, more than anybody on the team, screws up the season and we shouldn't bark about it? Hell yeah he deserved it.
Hunter is such a ****ing crybaby. Boo ****ing hoo, you couldn't handle New York and you were criticized for your enormous faults. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Wayne: If you would've just done your job competently, no one would utter a single bad word. Hope you enjoy the Midwest with the rest of the Jets castoffs, you big *****.
Another poster said it best in this thread. Criticize Sanchez all you want, but he handle the media like a whiz and is the furthest thing from this woe-is-me **** Hunter's pulling.
Its mind boggling to me that Hunter was actually able to step in for Woody
and be the starting RT in 2010. The way he's played and talked since then
makes me wonder how we beat IND, NE and almost PIT. Its good he got
out of NY before it became an Ed Whitson situation (Yankee fans)
