Many southern states and California are adoption states, which means they tell publishers when books/digital content must be submitted to the state for review. If you miss the deadline, you don't sell your books in that state for 6 to 8 years. Our deadlines are immovable.

That's interesting. Texas and Cali are the big text book states, correct?
