    Robert Griffin III Makes History

    http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/83...n-week-1-award

Robert Griffin III is the first rookie quarterback to win an offensive player of the week award after his debut game.
Congrats to him. He's one of my favorite players in the league already and I hope he murders the NFC East for years to come.

    Same here man.....On both accounts

Redskins are the only team/fan base in that division that I don't loathe.

He took over a better team than Cam Newton did, but it's scary to think RG3 may be better than Cam...the Giants may not own the NFCE much longer.

That's only because they've sucked for a while.

I lived in DC from 1990-93, and Redskins fans were the most obnoxious bunch of dooshnozzles I'd ever met...until I moved to Connecticut and met a few Pats fans.

Or how about when they signed Lav Coles, Randy Thomas, John Hall and Chad Morton and became the Jetskins? And then had the gall to trade Coles back to us for Moss?

I freaking hated them back then. Daniel Snyder is a dick, too.

They are by no means ideal, but when compared to the Giants, Eagles, or Cowboys they win by default

While at school at South Carolina, there were tons of DC area students/Skins fans and they were good people for the most part in my experience

I don't/didn't mind the Eagles--being a McNabb fan from Cuse.

I used to like the Eagles. That was until I decided to go to college in Philly.
