One thing I was real encouraged by was that after Hill had a pass bounce of his hands on the first series......Mark went right back to him on third down the next series to get a first down. The fact Mark had the confidence to target him on that next series while in coverage, was a nice sign that both he and the coaches really believe in the kid.
All those WR injuries may have been a real blessing in disguise. Now he just has to work on his timing with Tone, and Keller has to get healthy. I happen to think Reuland is gonna be a player for us too this year, once Sanchez learns to trust him. His nickname in SF was the garbage man, because he caught anything near him. He really took his blocking seriously in the game. His technique needs a lot of work, but he was tenacious.
