That kick off return actually saved our season...there was a ton of pressure on this team leading up to that game and Brad Smith basically set the tone for a huge win

Not one of those predictions are based on skills. Just supposed emotions and history which is bull****. they are not the same personnel and not the same teams.

Sorry negative nellies, the Jets have skills they haven't showed yet and we are going to kick butt.

If you don't believe, then STFU.

The plan has already been established. If the Jets win this game, the media will knock the Steelers, saying they are old, injured and not nearly as good as the hype (of course forgetting they created that hype) and the Jets still haven't beaten anybody important. PIT will drop 15 places in most power rankings to support that and the Jets will move up 2 slots grudgingly.

Which is completely fine with me and will be good for a laugh.

Oh, continuing the prediction, they will all ignore next week (MIA) and start talking about how the 49ers will be the wake-up call for this team.

Im rolling with you. I think we will be dominant. Only turnovers will cause us to lose.

    Can't Wait!

Or to paraphrase Woodley, "We will manage to not go 1-1"

Seriously? All those predictions are based on emotion and not who they feel is the better football team?

    That is ridiculous.

Must be the anti-Jets media bias again.

LOL. I'll be in Ohio, and my flight is in the AM. Hopefully I get to see the game since it's late. I'll be checking the phone for updates until I get to a sports bar.

The Steelers did finish 12-4 last year and return a largely similar team. They lost a close game to a SB contender on the road last week. You're really outraged that people might objectively think they are better than us? In a home game?

Not one of the listed predictions had it a blowout for them either.

    Word.

We have a new sports talk radio guy here who relocated from chowd-land named Nick Cattles. He defintely shows his NE bias. He's all fired up about Roger Clemens attempting a comeback, like he's a lover scorned. I don't think most people care about Clemens but Cattles is fired up.

Maybe if you read the predictions before spouting your ignorance you'd be humiliated less. I never got this BS about teams wanting to win. Like the Steelers didn't want to win last week. This week they really want to.
