    Week 2 tailgate/ food menu

    What do we have gentlemen?

Last weeks menu was a success. This week goes as follows.

    12:00 chips/dips/veggie tray.

2:00 first iron city beer cracked

4:00 4 meat 3 bean chili! Been waiting for months to cook this. One of my absolute favorites. Start cooking this around 12:00. Also cooking up some homemade chicken noodle soup. Using bread bowls for the bowl.

Girlfriend is making cheesecake pumpkin swirl cupcakes for a dessert.

Not going to the game Thought about just going down to the stadium to tailgate, but decided against it.

Yup, that's the one. Their sausage is the best hands down.

last week's cured meat-fest was a smash. uh, that could've come out wrong. I meant for the game menu. though we did only have 1 girl there for the game. since I couldn't possible fathom making BUFFALO wings last week, they are on tap for this week. an f-load of them. also going with a cheese dip in a bread bowl with some homemade break to eat it with. and plenty of 2 liter plastic bottles of Lowenbrau!

They supply the burgers to Shake Shack and Minetta Tavern, 2 of the best burgers in NYC.
