Breaking down the snap counts for the Jets' skill positions (based on 58 total plays):

Mark Sanchez: 55 snaps
Tim Tebow: 3

Bilal Powell: 32
Shonn Greene: 24
John Conner: 15
Joe McKnight: 1

Jeff Cumberland: 41
Konrad Reuland: 25
Jason Smith (OT): 17
Dedrick Epps: 6

Santonio Holmes: 50
Stephen Hill: 41
Jeremy Kerley: 25
Clyde Gates: 7
Chaz Schilens: 6

Analysis: Tebow didn't make his first appearance until midway through the third quarter, and it was three-and-out. According to Rex Ryan, they didn't use the Wildcat as much as they had planned because Greene (head injury), the running back in that package, missed most of the second quarter. ... Without Dustin Keller, it was tight-end by committee -- a kind description. At times, they used Smith as the only tight end, handcuffing the passing game. To be fair, the Sanchez-to-Holmes touchdown came out of a three-tight end package. ... Schilens' playing time dropped significantly from the opener. ... On the offensive line, LG Vladimir Ducasse replaced Matt Slauson for 10 plays.
