Official MNF thread: Denver Peytons at Falcons

Terrible start for Peyton, stares down his WR and floats a Pennington ball that is picked off

    7-0 Falcons pending review

peyton manning is still not 100% and probably never will be.

Gruden just called Turner a great back... sure Jon, only took him 3 tries to advance the ball a yard and 6 inches

Yikes, that's two now. Are these considered "rookie mistakes"? Just wondering.

2nd INT, again over the middle, throw looked soft and floated on him

Not sure what he is seeing in coverage, but the safeties are all over his throws

Peyton manning has no arm strength. You could see it in training camp and preseason. Anybody who said he was back never saw him play. He's Chad Pennington now.

Are the announcers going to have the guts to say Manning's arm looks
short??? Because both of those passes were a good 2-3 yards short
    and softly thrown

    LOL

    Well played.

Just goes to show you these things happen to all QB's, irrespective of experience and stature..

Yet, some Jets fans riding the Sanchez hate wagon won't allow him to make any...

I hope he throws ten interceptions. You know; schadenfreude, and all.

Probably not tonight though. Definitely some rust showing. Can't do that against a team as good as the Falcons

I wouldn't be surprised if down the line Sanchez develops the same neck vertebrae nerve problem that Manning now has, after getting his neck twisted 90 degrees and his head practically popped off yesterday.

3rd INT... just curious, who is Denver's backup QB?
