Thread: The Unnofficial Giants Panthers Gameday Thread

This game is going south very quickly on the Panthers. Very very poor D so far

I knew I shouldn't have picked the Panthers and their godawful defense.....

That's what happens when you have no internet for 3 days (except for your phone) and have to pick games in 20 minutes.

The Panthers defense is in the discussion for worst in the league. It hasn't improved much from last year. It takes more than a year to turn things around.

Puts a lot of pressure on Newton and the offense. Giant d-line looked very active that first drive.

Keuchly and Beason are a good tandem.

Their defensive line is awful, except for Johnson. They don't get pressure and are bad against the run. The middle of their line is the worst in the league. That's why everyone had them taking Fletcher Cox.

Those numbers are why I laugh at people that try to tell me Williams isn't a very good back. He's not a HOF-er, obviously, but he's really good....when he's healthy.

This game is a severe mismatch so far. Andre Brown looks way better than Greene.

Panthers o-line is getting destroyed on passing plays

That's what happens when your off coord has confidence in his qb even with back ups playing. Take notice Rex and Sparano

Barden is his 4th yr is finally coming on..a 3rd round pick from 2009. He would have been labeled a bust on JI for the past 3 season

One game doesn't make or break. Barden was on the bubble in TC.

I am not sure if there are 3rd round busts. Maybe if they get cut in their first or second TC.

I would trade our whole roster for JPP. He is also a cover guy.
