So what's Belichick's record after two consecutive losses?

Can't believe they blew that one. Look forward to seeing how the league comes down on him for confronting the officials after the game.

How many times is the league going to let Bellacheet get away with the stuff he pulls ? I know Kraft has his nose up the comiss butt but the league needs to send a message to everyone that contact with ANY official will not be allowed.

It'll be nice to not have to continue to listen to all the media hype about New England's new and improved defense and rushing attack. It's still Tom Brady and everyone else.

I'll tell you what though, love seeing the Pats lose but Chandler Jones looks like the real deal.

My wife asked me about the game this morning because of all of the chatter and I told her that this is the first time I couldn't tell you if the officiating were better, whether the Patriots would have lost by more, or won. The officials were so bad (on both teams) that there were about a half dozen places you could point to and say "that made a huge difference". The officiating was awful and I'm not saying that because I feel the Pats got robbed. It was just generally so so bad.

Last year, the Pats lost back to back games to the Steelers and Giants and won ten straight including two playoff wins.

As for Belichick's punishment, expect either a high five figure fine or a low six figure. Doubtful he will be suspended.

What about the year they started 0-1 when the Bills shut them out with Lawyer Milloy, what year was that?
