    Monday news and Tweets.

    Conor Orr ‏@ConorTOrr
Quinton Coples played 15 of 83 (18%) of the snaps on Sunday. Another very, very low total for him. #jets #n

    Conor Orr ‏@ConorTOrr
And an increased plan for Joe McKnight meant 2 more snaps. He had 3 on Sunday, or 4 percent of the plays. #jets #nyj

    Conor Orr ‏@ConorTOrr
Slauson gave up 20 percent of his snaps to Ducasse at LG yesterday. rotation started earlier and in bigger situation this week.

Just don't get the lack of playing time for these 2.It would be one thing if the d-line was playing great, but they got no pass rush and got push around all game by the fish o-line

As for Mcknight,I guess it's more important to have Greene run 19 times for 40 yards

Eric Smith played biggest role of season thus far w/ 22 snaps. Saw a few looks with all 3 safeties on. Bell played every snap. #jets #nyj

What kind of game plan has Eric Smith in for more plays than QC?

Rex is the best defensive mind in the game today, just ask Rex.

Huge spike in snaps for Chaz Schilens, who played on almost half (40) the snaps. #nyj #j

Chaz got open a few times Sanchez just missed him, I wouldn't mind seeing him get a shot since Hill seems to have stone hands right now.

No secret that they have to be frustrated with Hill. The hands are becoming an issue. You can live with him making mistakes b.c of inexperience but he needs to catch the ball. No excuse for drops.

Sparano got tired of Hill's lack of physical play and constant miscommunication with Sanchez.

True. Rookie or not, you have to catch the ball. Its not like he is making mental errors or running the wrong routes, he is not doing the fundamentally most important aspect of being a receiver, and that is CATCH THE BALL.

That's usually a good thing when you're talking about O-Linemen.

Yep...They should cut back using Hill, which his hurt hammy may do anyway, for a few weeks. He's not ready to be taking the majority of the snaps as the #2 WR..Try to slow things down for Hill..

Makes you wonder if Rex doesn't trust rookies or Coples is not the real deal. It seems like most of our high draft picks are projects or our scouting dept. sucks.
    Where is Ellis?
Where is the improvement in the defense? No pass rush, and still can't get of the field on third down and can't cover tight ends and come up big when they have to.
Where is the improvement on offense? Sanchez still not accurate, holds the ball too long, poor at reading defenses, and erratic, running game non existent, etc. Same problems they said they will fix for three years.
Sanchez looks more and more like a bust. Lacks mental toughness and not a leader. Soft after he gets hit. Give McElroy a shot if Sanchez can't turn it around.
Either we have a poor coaching staff or the players are inferior and not good enough to be starters in the NFL.
The only positive I see this year is it looks like we found a punter.
I go to all the home games and I fear this Sunday will be a disaster. The 49ers will be tougher than Miami.

Forget Coples. Wilk has been very quiet. Been solid in the run game, but we were told this was going to be a breakout year for him.

Lol Rex is a defensive dunce.. Very overrated as far as schemes goes and clueless on putting the right personall on the feild. Having Ray Lewis, Suggs and Reed on your defense does wonders to your resume.

What about having top 5 defenses over the last 3 years with the lack of talent around here? Some of you guys really have no clue and just want to hate on everything...

McIlroy is a winner. I hope if Sancez gets benhed the #2 guy will be McIlroy.
