Mitt Romney's dad was on welfare

    http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/0...was-on-welfare

I guess George was one of "those" people, u know a "victim".

Mitt Romney's mother, speaking in a 1962 film produced for George Romney's gubernatorial campaign, says that Mitt Romney's father "was on relief, relief welfare" in the early years of his life, but that "this great country gave him opportunities."

As Jon Stewart said: "Oh my God. George Romney was on welfare. So according to Mitt Romney's own logic, Mitt Romney could not win the vote of his dad."

Welfare was not abused decades ago to the same degree it is abused today.

With that said, I don't think it's unfair to say Mitt Romney has lost touch with his roots.

The only way off was work and education and a trade that is in demand NOT liberal arts or philosophy or sociology... and I can tell you 1st hand, the government encouraged us with ways to collect even more.

Lmao at the libs wringing their hands in faux outrage because a conservative politician dared to publicly say he doesnt expect the votes of people dependant on Government hand outs.

Obama was on drugs so big deal. The 47% are still sucking the blood of the 53% who actually pay taxes.
