Thought this is significant enough to get its own thread.

as a few posted in the tweets thread, he was a top CB prospect when he went to USC. Could have promise as a 4th string cb where needed

    No stone unturned.

    (a) It is not costing us anything he is already on the roster.

    (b) It is a long shot and so it has no real downside apart from reps that her might be taking from some of the other kids.

It's really amazing how flawed this roster is.

Is it time to unleash cro as our secret WR weapon?

In fairness, Joe McKnight can't be any worse than Kyle Wilson

    2-1 record so far

and the QB got a first down in Punt Formation. Most players grow up play both ways so let see how it goes...

When Bellichek does it, it's genius and the Jets Coaches are a joke for not doing it.

When Rex does it, he's a joke regardless.

    SOJF.

Not apples to apples. And you know that.

We lost one player. The Pats were riddled with injuries. We should have backups that can fill in.

All that said, I think McKnight is going to be used as a blitzer and nothing more. So basically this is all getting blown out of proportion. But I would just rather see him get an opportunity at RB first.

    Oh well.

yes it is the NFL, thanks for the reminder as I thought I was on the Ramapo HS forum for a minute... lets see how it works out.

Saves a roster spot and I am sure there is potential there otherwise they would not be doing it.
