McKnight caught 3 INTs in practice today, he said. One off each QB.

McKnight said he'll play man coverage on the outside.

Makes sense..Easiest spot for him at this point

McKnight says he took it as him not being good enough to play RB, which bothers him, but accepts challenge of playing CB

Really respect the way Joe McKnight handled himself with reporters.

McKnight the RB is clearly a bit upset, McKnight the CB is ready to help the team any way he can

??? I can't tell if you're trolling or not so I'll bite. He's going to be the 5th freaking corner behind Cro, Wilson, Lankster and Trufant. Even if Lankster is banged up thats minimal impact.

And not that it matters much, but he had 3 picks in practice today. Yes it's only practice, but he still did it.

Asked if playing CB in high school helps, McKnight said "no" & he said it emphatically. Said maybe if I played it in college but not HS

It's not the typical canned answer from an athlete but it's definitely honest. And correct.

Yeah well after watching that abortion against Miami I think gloom and doom is more appropriate than ground and pound.

I typically do try and stay positive with the Jets but it's becoming awfully difficult. It's just hard to see a positive spin in any of these moves.

Sure in an ideal world Kyle Wilson and Joe McKnight will slide right in and be successful. I would LOVE for that to be the case. Just don't see it happening.

    KR specialist

    3rd down specialist

Able to be an every down back (after a summer of Mcdonalds)

    Defensive back

The organization is really getting their dollars worth with this guy.
Only problem is, his production is zero after Kickoffs.

    GO JETS!
