I would never draft a QB that age. QB's need at least 2-3 years to learn NFL playbooks thoroughly so the Chris Weinke's and Brandon Weedens of the world are 31-32 years old by the time they are proficient mentally but then done physically.

    Browns are dumb.

Sheard has had a good game.

I know a lot of the draft guys wanted him.

Yeah Browns outplayed the Ravens in some ways tonight, just not enough and the pick-6 by Weeden is the difference

Jeebus, Boldin is saving Flacco's a$$. He's basically been the entire offense in the second half, pulling in catches our WR's wouldn't even touch.

Flacco bailed out by the Brown CB away from the play, otherwise Browns' ball

BS personal foul call giving Browns a last free shot one of about 30 calls delaying the game interminably by the regular awful scab part timers

It was great acting by Joe Thomas. The ref saw it from behind so it actually looked like he shoved Thomas to the ground.

I thought it was a well-called game. You think it was bad?

Taking Weeden was a questionable decision (one they've since admitted was a knee-jerk reaction to Wright being taken right before them) but "Back-to-back" first round QBs for the Browns? What exactly are you basing that on? Cause he's old and they reached - then he sucks? Bird brain logic there.

News flash - Weeden's already better than Sanchez.

I've seen enough to know that he'll be a legit signal caller out there. Guys are dropping balls all over the place, running wrong routes, and he himself is making mistakes.. but he's already got better pocket presence, better vision and placement than our 4th year phenom.

You've yet to demonstrate the ability to gauge talent better than a bag of golf tees.
