    Make Rex GM

I agree with Parcels, if you're going to make the dinner you should get to buy the groceries. Rex has a unique way of doing things, give them the flexibility he needs.

This whole organization is about rewarding guys who don't deserve it, so it wouldn't shock me.

That's just about the worst idea I've ever heard.

    Hindsight really is 20/20.

There had to have been a reason why the Ravens never offered him the head coaching job. They knew.

    WHAT?

Seriously WTF are you talking about?

The coach has done absolutely nothing to deserve that. Just look at John Connor as a great example of why.

Rex at this point is lucky he has a head coaching job.

This has to be a joke. Rex's talent evaluation skills are terrible.

I don't think so, but if that's what he thinks we need.... He's got a particular way of doing things. Rex is an eagle in a world of chickens, let him soar.

This is a big mistake. When you change things, change it all. This is a looser mentality. Rex and all on his staff need to go. The people evaluating talent need to go, look at the lack of success over the last 4 seasons.

Tanny has been rubber stamping Rex all the way. But In Rex defense he did not want Hill.

Rex has gotten a lot of players that he's wanted including a QB. The real talent evaluator in my mind was Mangini. Since he left we have drafted like crap.

I have to disagree on this.
