So what do the massive holes in our defense have to do with the massive holes we have at RB and WR???

Even if we had an RB that could do more than run straight into the backs of his own linemen and fall down this offense would be 10x better....

If we had NFL caliber WR's it would probably even be a good offense...

But the HC said this is the most talented Jets team since he's been here. So that means he has this team underachieving?

    Sparano

I never understood the hire,he had no resume. The one year he was offensive co. in Dallas ,Sean Peyton called the plays and the offense after the first year in Miami ,sucked big time.
I was one who believed Shotty is a better offensive co then sparano. I think we will see a ton of tebow monday night,it is their only hope to beat Houston.Tebow might even start

It means he is a liar that will do anything to get his team to believe his bravado. But ironically enough, unlike the last couple of years, this team doesn't have the talent to do so.

There's only one person who can execute the play once it's called and thats the QB. So Sanchez is the culprit.I've been saying this for a long time now.

And if the play is to go deep to Holmes if open, then check down to Powell if Holmes isn't open, then progress to scrambling if both are covered and there's a running lane, but if there's no running lane to throw the ball away.....and Sanchez throws the ball away are you saying he executed the called play perfectly?

Good quarterbacks make the players around them better. Sanchez looks lost out there ... the game is far too quick for him, he's making very poor decisions, he's holding onto the ball for far too long, and his accuracy is putrid for the most part.

He is definitely far from the only problem, but at the end of the day, it's his responsibility to get the offense moving and scoring points. He's in Year 4 ... no more coddling, it's on him to make things happen.
