    But they both suck.

No more excuses for either of them.

Yes, Sanchez is better than some QBs in the NFL. Congrats to him.

Is that how low we are setting the bar now?
One has to squint hard when they go down a list to find a starter worse than him.

Romo gives it away all the time, and at the worst times.

MArk is better with the timing of his idiotic plays, but he still has them.

At least Romo is somewhat accurate when he's not throwing INTs -

I saw sanchez skip the ball off the ground on a 10 yard pass yesterday. I'm not sure he threw ANY good passes yesterday. I like sanchez but this accuracy problem is atrocious, and is not getting any better...

We can say what we want about the CS doing this and that to him, but I think he's just not very accurate - and thats the main problem with him.

In his defense he was under pressure and being hit as he threw it

I agree. Which is why I don't like setting the bar at what the rest of the league is doing.

The sample size if large enough now. 50+ regular season games. His decision making and accuracy have never improved. In those regards, he is basically a rookie QB in Year 4. I am not going to dissect his stats b.c I realize that we do not have a good offense overall. But I will hold him accountable for things that he can control. His body may be tough, but his mind isn't. He gets up from the hits, but he checks out mentally.

Tony Romo would last 5 minutes in NYC. Guy is as mentally weak as it gets - put any adversity at all and he crumbles. Cowboys need a new QB.

    Romo is an enigma.

But there's 2 facts that can't be ignored:

    (1) Romo is 32 yrs old (SIX years older than Sanchez, and

    (2) Romo has ALWAYS thrown to a better receiving corps than Sanchez.

It's not even close in the receiving disparity, really.

Romo has a GREAT group of WR's, very good OL, and a very good RB yet he can't even make it a football game against the Bears last night.

    My Top 3 All-Overrated NFL QB's of 2012:

    1. Tony Romo

    2. Matthew Stafford

    3. Matthew Cassell

Sanchez would be a good replacement for Romo in the future.

No, seriously. Let him backup Romo for a bit and then take over for him in a year or 2.

9 years, how many playoff wins, how many rings?

Romo has a couple of these games every year, but his average game is so much better than Sanchez's average game it's not even comparable. Miles Austin, Laurent Robinson, etc... those guys would look worse than Holmes with Sanchez throwing to them. Dez Bryant and Witten are elite talent, but most of the guys Romo has thrown to were made great or looked great because Romo made them look that way.

Easy for Jet fans to watch a bad game from another QB and assume he sucks like Sanchez consistently has. Check Romo's career numbers and tell me the guy sucks. Even Brady has bad games.

Yep. Romo has 154 TDs v. 80 INTs in his career, a career completion percentage of 65%, and a career passer rating of 96.

Yep, he sucks, same player as Sanchez
