    Clean House: Front Office

    http://www.newyorkjets.com/team/front-office.html

If Woody cares about managing a 'football' organization, he'll start by cleaning house in the Front Office from the top down, and then replace everyone with proven successful football people.

The Jet's Front Office have to be held accountable for what we're seeing on the field.

    Football Administration
    Ari Nissim
    Director, Football Administration

    Player Development
    Dave Szott
    Director, Player Development

    Player Personnel
    Terry Bradway
    Senior Personnel Executive

    Pro Personnel
    Brendan Prophett
    Director, Pro Personnel

Joey Clinkscales Vice President, College Scouting

    College Scouting
    Michael Davis
    Assistant Director, College Scouting

No idea why Bradway was ever allowed to stay with the organization. You demote him from GM but make him Senior Personnel Executive?

Why stop there? I say it is time for a complete overhaul. In fact, the only one left standing unfortunately should be the owner.

Yeah - which is like taking GM away from him but giving him perhaps the most important job of a GM . . .

Makes no sense. This lot needs to go.

I blame Woody for not aggressively pursuing someone like a Thomas Dimitroff when he was available. Anyone, with even a little proven football experience and success.

I'd be real concerned if he leaves the front office as is and continues to run things like a cross between J&J and a circus sideshow.
