He will quiet all the naysayers and reaffirm that he is in fact one of the top coaches in the NFL...

Rex relishes the "us against the world" angle and uses it to perfection on Monday night...

He will prove his genius very soon, and although the questions about Tanny and Sanchez may soon swirl again...

He will confirm that we indeed have our franchise HC...

    Rex is king!
I'm with you! He has no choice really! It's not like he's guaranteed Super Bowls and failed to deliver! He hasn't bragged again and again and fallen short! He's made the tough calls on personnel - he's never looked for the quick fix! His reputation is on the line here!

And just imagine if the Jets don't win! Rex would have to.... uh.... you know... give the team another day off during the week. Or something.

I note a hint of sarcasm here...

Here is how the Jets will win this game and 8 more this season.... Sanchez gets drunk. Yep, I'm serious.

In Joe's early days he had trouble. Like all QBs he had so much info pumped into him. The stress had to be great. So he relaxed in his style. Game day he was relaxed and did what came natural.

Sanchez is no diff. He has not only the usual playbook info pumped in him plus player issues, etc., he has the NY media.

Mark- Just relax. Get drunk if that works. Heck with NY media and especially the NY fans (who are worse than the media).

He did great when not much was expected. This young kid has too much on him.

This is the only reasonable logic for thinking the Jets will win tonight.

Only chance we have is if Texans are caught looking ahead to the Packers an/or take us lightly. They would need to give a very flat performance for this to be a competitive game. It's always possible in this league, but the odds say the Texans win big. Even if we can keep it close, all it takes is one JJ Watt jailbreak to the QB or Joseph jumping a route and a close game can get out of hand quick. Their D has a great chance to score tonight and no way we win if that happens. We aren't good enough to overcome that.

    I have a great idea:

They should line Sanchez and Tebow side by side in shotgun formation. That way, the defense will never know who the QB is. It's never been done before, why not get creative.

    Fixed and of course kidding.

Would hate to see mark hit by a bus.

Win tonight, lose to the Colts next week. I can see that.
