No, it wasn't. We all knew Sanchez sucks and would eventually lose this game for us. It was just a matter of time.

You've been exposed. You hate the jets. You said we'd get blown out. Sanchez's offense scored more points than the mighty patriots'.

    So damn close.....

Sparano and Offense played tough and smart football......only questionable call was 3rd and 1 at goal line and they come out shotgun.

Defense was solid all day......Cro and secondary came to play......saw Coples and Mo get some pressure.

Special Teams let up that big return, then made a big play at end of 4th with the strip by the fullback.

Penalties killed us, especially a couple dumb ones. Also gotta give credit to Brady for coming up with a couple clutch drives at the end of regulation and start of OT. This is a tough one to lose though, no question.

    Sanchez played well.

This was his game to step out into the spot light and once again he failed.

You can't blame Sanchez for this loss although he should PART of the blame. The loss is because the offensive line broke down as the game went on and let's not forget special teams giving up a TD and the decision to go for a FG on 3rd and 1 within the red zone. It clearly shows the Jets are raising the level of their game and that the Patsies are not as good as every reporter would have us believe

Stephen Hill has to catch that ball.

That hurt SOOOO bad. Perfectly thrown ball would've been a totally different game if he just made the routine play.

It's a sad state of affairs when I'm sitting here thinking Sanchez played well after giving up a safety, missing a wide open receiver in the end zone and fumbling the game away.

    Standards, man, standards.

I was still right that the Jets would lose. I'm a little surprised that the Jets played as well as they did. But that isn't complimenting Sanchez. The DEFENSE stepped up today. We hung around in this game for no other reason than the defense/ST/OL/Running game.

ANY time you look at Sanchez objectively, you will know he sucks and must be replaced.

This. As much as I still believe this team will end with a 10-6 record this was a game we were not meant to win. They made a great run at it and a lot of good came out of it but I wasn't glaring at the win to be honest. If this happens vs Zona or Seattle then you'll hear me scream.
