Thread: BRADY RULE

    BRADY RULE

When a defender is on the ground, they can't lunge at the QB below the knees until they get back up. The rule was put in after Pollard injured Brady in 2008. Look at what the Patriot defender just did.

Just rewatched the play. Not a penalty. He reached Sanchez on his first dive at his leg. If he missed his leg, then tried to sack him we would have a case.

I just rewatched it and definitely thought it was a Brady rule violation. Now, I don't blame the loss on it though.
