Romney is the only person I've ever heard use the word "tumult"

    Surge was a success.

Which is why we cannot risk those gains with a premature withdrawal. If Afghanistan fails the loss of precious American lives would be in vain.

This is a snoozefest. We could use a lil Uncle Joe right about now.

Hess it is what it looks like it is.

Romney is making anecdotal observations and/or agreeing with Obamas policies. He's getting trampled by someone who looks smarter, more trustworthy, and more presidential. I can't see how the majority would see it any other way.

Really? What gains did we make with that $100 billion dollar surge? The troops from the surge are already out and from all reports I've read nothing changed from before and after the surge.

Good question. That was Romney's strategy going in. Agree with Obama on foreign policy and turn everything to the economy.

Obama does look smarter...and stronger, but I don't think Romney looks dumb. Not sure I agree who looks more trustworthy.

After the last two debates it amazes me how poorly the President did in the first one. Unfortunately for Obama the first usually means more.

    That's my biggest problem.

The Paul Ryan kitchen soup fiasco certainly didn't help. Morons

I think we've come full circle. With Romneys stuttering and stammering it looks to me like he'd rather be anywhere but there.

one more indignity for Romney.. we all love teachers haha..

Again, the drive-thru analysis on this is all wrong. Obama looks petty and uneducated on the economy.

This is win for Romney because they spent the majority of the time in a foreign policy debate talking about the economy.

Obama continues to be disrespectful and arrogant with his constant interruptions.

Romney is playing to his strengths, staying above the fray and calling Obama out on the personal attacks. Obama may think that his act plays well with independents and undecideds, but this isn't 2008 and he isn't running against Bush's policies but his own failed agenda.

    Bingo.

Keeps bringing up Bush. Only problem is Obama has his own record now.

    Another win for Obama

Too bad we rejected Dr Ron Paul and nominated an unprincipled empty suit instead
