Patriots time keeper gives a helping hand

good article on how the clock “stood still” once the Jets recovered the McCourty fumble:

The line judge is the backup. He should have caught it if there was an error.

The NFL hires clock operators, not the team. They are also independent of officiating crews.

This loss is bad enough without the fanbase donning tinfoil hats and crying like a ***** and blaming everything but the team itself.

    Seriously, its sad. Stop it.

Really man, really? I am sure you said the same thing for the game where the Jets caught the Patriots cheating by stealing their defensive signals.

Let me ask you this. Forget about the play above. In your entire life of watching the sport, have you EVER seen a pass interference call on a play where the ref standing right over the play doesnt call anything but another ref standing 76.5 FREAKIN FEET AWAY calls it?

And did you see their water boy? He was cheating too. He was giving out way too much Gatorade, much more than he's suppose to.

The Pats and the NFL giving them an unfair advantage is well documented even players like Ray Lewis have pointed it out and it is a disgrace.

Some folks don't want to look at what is happening and it is starting to happen for the Giants as well. There were some calls in the Giants game this weekend that were designed to effect the outcome and the same thing has been consistenly happening for the Pats for over the last seven years.

I don't like the games as much anymore...

    It is Disgusting...

It's not the first time there are issues with the clock at Foxoboro. Just saying.

It's always the cheaters that say it's lame to complain about cheating.

NOTICE THERE HAS BEEN THE SAME REF EVERYTIME (ALMOST) WE PLAY IN NE? And that ref is on Kraft's payroll. Where is Goodell when the integrity of the game is at stake?

They are a shell of their former dominating selfs but will be in the mix come playoff time and that's what it's really come to, make the playoffs, get hot and anything can happen.

The other thing with the Pats, although they are just average personelle wise, their coach is still great, and he'll get them playing well by seasons end IMO.

No, their coach isn't great. He's never won anything fair and square. Hopefully they won't get the home cooking at our house in November. The Pats still have to play Houston and Andrew Luck could dominate that NE secondary. Don't get me wrong, the Pats *SHOULD* win their home games but NE not making the playoffs this year is not beyond belief. They're 4-3.
