Sunday Is The Last Hoodie Day Of The Year - Big Decision

Our next home game is late November, so Sunday is our last chance to wear our beloved hoodies this season.

I've done the retro hoodie thing since 2008 and don't like the new jersey's so I decided to check out the new Nike KO Hoodies which are really nice. Stretchable material, firm medium-shell fleece, and very shiny on the sleeves with a tone-on-tone stripe design, one of the nicest monaural masking patterns you'll ever see. The chest appliques are nice too, very shiny, very tactile. So bought 'em both for $75 each. New Era did a nice job with the caps this year, the stem-tone assignment stitching very accurately done. Bought them both for $30 each too.

So the question becomes: Which combo to go with the Sunday outfit? Looks like khaki's or neat jeans are in order, the hoodies go nicely with those. Thought sometimes comes to mind, should I get a pair of sports athletic pants that coordinate with the hoodies or just stick with the contrast of wool or cotton? What hoodie are you wearing?

You may want to wear your rain gear on Sunday

Only Sports Authority has the ones with the tone-on-tone monaural masking patterns, very nice indeed.

What I like about Nike's approach to the NY Titans fan gear is that they're not treating it like it's 1960 retro. Instead, they're playing it as if the NY Titans are an active NFL team and giving fans the same modern treatment the true NFL teams do. It's neat.

My main concern is why do you care so much?

Sunday will be my last day in shorts for the season unless the high temp is above 50 degrees in any of the last three games.

I vote with the green UNLESS you feel that the Jets play better when you wear Titans gear. Then by all means wear the Titans blue.

Looks more like EZ ups and raingear

Forecast now for 56 degrees and rain showers.

Looks like EZ ups and rain gear.

I would go with the JETS gear.

Also, bring your poncho just in case.

Why would Sunday be the last hoodie day? Wouldn't you wear jackets and sweater type clothing MORE as it gets colder?

He's rich. They have a social responsibility to wear special outfits for everything, or Biff, and Edmond will be appalled at their pregame gala. I especially dislike the bicycle outfits.

That's much more complex than my system.

    Hot?: Tshirt and jeans
Cold?: Tshirt and jeans + jacket
