The real reason Sanchez has to go

Look at the tape of last weeks game and observe the expression on Sanchez's face while both on the sideline and coming on the field with the offense. Rather than looking like a leader who wants to come out kick some ass he looks like someone who prefers to be somewhere else. His confidence if gone, shot, evaporated and it's the current crop of Jet management and coaches who put him in this situation.

Any QB needs to have a help to win games. Brady has his tight ends and Welker but earlier in the season when his OL was weak even he was having issues getting the ball down the field. One could argue that a lot of Romo's problems, in addition to poor decision making, is because of his weak OL.

On paper the Jets offensive line does not look that bad but let's be honest the three pro bowl players on the left side of the line have regressed in their play and the right side of the OL is below average at best.

When defenses blitz, as the Dolphins did last week, receivers are supposed to recognize it and run short routes to get open but our receivers ran the route that was called and did not recognize that they needed to get open so Sanchez could have got rid of the ball sooner.

Now we have a QB who has taken a lot of hits, lost the ball during so and is being asked to "do more". Sure he needs to develop a better pocket presence but right now his confidence is gone and he can thank Rex and Tanny for that.

I personally like Rex Ryan but if he lost, and he seems to be lost, and feels that the team should perform because they had a good week of practice and that the team is loaded is talent than he is not what the Jets need. The sad truth is that the players are not responding to his motivation anymore. He was supposed to be a defensive mastermind yet our defense takes steps back year after year.

Time to clean house and start over and draft a franchise QB who can inspire and lead and achieve in arguably the hardest sports market in the US

And the real reason this new thread was created, and not a post in any of the other "Sanchez sucks" threads?

Rex says what the he and the other coaches tell him to say; as that's the game plan. It's been both bad coaching and player execution.

The Tebow thing has been a drag on rex and sanchez. It seems we should have named Tebow the starter in March, seeing the devastation now. This tells you everything you need to know about how Tebow got here. It was a poor decision made quickly; compounded by an unnecessary extension for Sanchez.

I lament the passing of that fun on line game 'Anacrophobia' I wonder if it has made a come back, perhaps I should google it.

Type of Game: Birthday Party Game - Anacrophobia

Equipment: Paper clips, Plastic spiders, Tub of Water, Magnet Fishing Pole

    Formation: Individual

    # of Players: 5+

Description: Attach a magnet to string and tie the other end of the string to a stick or pole. Then attach paper clips to plastic spiders and put them in the tub of water. Paint colored dots on the spiders with certain colors. The different colored spiders are to be associated with different gifts.

For example: If someone gets a spider with white dots, their prize might be to keep the spiders. If someone gets a spider red dots, they might get candy bars and a blue dot could be a grand prize. So obviously you'd only have one or two blue ones. wins the grand prize.

Side Note: Change the spiders to whatever item that better fits your B-Day theme. Good side game.

Again, the difference is Brady can make the JAG seem very good with his throws and decision making even under the worst of circumstances.
Mark, after 4 years as a starter and "offensive leader" still is incapable of elevating even his own play.
