    Kentucky may want Rex

    Mark Ennis ‏@Mengus22
On his radio program, @kysportsradio says he expects Kentucky to at least talk to Rex Ryan about taking the UK job.

Oh god! I hope they do get him but I don't think Woody would let him go....

Not for nothing, but Rex would make one hell of a college coach inside the locker room, and put on recruiting visits. However, I have a hard time believing a college program would legitimately consider him due to his media relations and off the field stuff.

Also, I sure as hell hope we don't lose Rex.

Rex is staying at least another year. If they miss the playoffs this year Tannenbaum will be the fall guy. Hopefully Sanchez too.

Sanchez has another GUARANTEED year next season. If anyone gets the ax, it's Tanny.

Mark could follow the following year if(when?) he craps the bed....again.

    YES YES YES!

Get us a coach who understands both sides of the game!!!!!

Rex breaks out in hives and gets cramps when you mention offense to him!

Does John know the difference between a basket and a touchdown?

    1) If Tanny goes any new GM worth anything is going to want to pick his HC

    2) Sanchez has too much money guaranteed to not be back. Like it or not Sanchez is coming back next year.

I don't know. But his teams have a good offense.

The Jets would have some great new-age tight ends.

I know what you mean, but you might want to rephrase that.

    To run in the Derby?

    This is absurd.

If Rex were fired as HC he would be able to pick up a D-Line coaching job almost immediately in the NFL at worst, and at best a DC job.

No one in their right mind that could have either of those types of jobs would ever go to coach football in Kentucky--a program that has no fans, no real support and is basically a joke in the SEC.

Kentucky makes Vanderbilt look like Alabama.

That could work, but unfortunately they'd still have to convince Sarah Jessica Parker to be the front-end.

Can we include Woody and Tranny in that deal. Woody aka Dummy will sabotage any coach he hires. He did it to mangini with farve, did it to rex with tebow. Dummy Johnson is not capaple of building and maintaing a good team.

    Tanny gets canned

Rex takes UK job to save face.

Man Christmas may come early Jet fans! I didn't think this would happen for another couple of years....

Heh, that didn't look right. They'd have some receivers who, as Gruden likes to point out, are BASKETBALL players.

    This

Rex would have a DC job within a week of being fired if not a HC gig.
