I don't post very much, but the past 6 weeks I have been calling for Tebow mainly because quite frankly, Sanchez sucks. I am a Tebow supporter and no doubt if he started this game, Jets win. And Jets at this point would be at worse 5-4 maybe 6-3 with Tebow.
In many of these threads I started I cannot believe the posts supporting Sanchez. Everyone of you know who you are. I correct my statement, you should not be banned from these boards, you should leave voluntarily.
Name me one New York Jet that's playing better than Mark Sanchez is right now.
the entire defense who was on the field way too much today thanks to mark sanchez.
Three weeks ago.
Mark Sanchez orchestrates a drive that kills the whole 4th quarter, leaves a 3 point lead in the hands of his trusted defense with only 90 seconds to go. Completely rested. Completely fresh.
And they blow it. Twice.
If Mark Sanchez played like John Elway 1988 today, we still lose the game. Perhaps I'm the only person who saw our DB's burned for 2 TD's on 50 yard bombs? Perhaps I'm the only person who saw our LB's miss tackle after tackle while letting another RB get 120+ yards on us? Perhaps I'm the only person who saw backfield penetration forcing the QB out of the pocket where he torched us for first down after first down? Perhaps I'm the only person who saw that the Seahawks put up 28 points on us?
Blaming Mark Sanchez is perfectly acceptable. Letting the Defense and the rushing attack off the hook because they "looked good in the first half" after a two week f-cking vacation is criminal.
You are joking right, how about the entire Defense for one, Kerley easy pieces, Tebow even, whenever he is in the game. I'm stopping right there, no need to go further.
The "entire defense" that allowed 4 TD's, two on 50 yard bombs, 126 yards rushing, and 28 points?
Yeah, we should be really proud of that performance.
Put Joe Montana 1985 in the huddle today and we still lose. This offense isn't built to score 20 points let alone the 29 needed to win today. And we burned every good 1st and 2nd round draft pick in 2009 and 2010 on the defense, guys that Rex Ryan claimed were "his best ever". They allowed Seattle to do whatever they wanted to us with a rookie quarterback.
