So what do we know or not know

After reading a lot of media on the Jets and their problems it has become apparent that the only people who really know what's going on within the organization are Woody, Tanny and Rex. We would like to believe that there is blame and there probably is but whoever was responsible for bringing in Tebow should be shown the door. Also, Rex telling the team to "believe" is not going to compensate for lapses in execution or mental mistakes. A look at the declining talent on this team clearly points to our GM who I believe also has to go.

What we do really know is what Parcells said a long time ago "you are what your record says you are" and right now the Jets are just not a very good team. Time to get out the broom and get rid of a lot of players, coaches and our GM. Jet fans deserve to be treated better than being the laughing stock of the NFL and possibly one of the worst teams with one of the worst QB's

The lack of execution by the team in all phases is the most alarming part for a coaching staff that is their 4th year with the team.
There aren't many teams left in the NFL that you can say are "stacked".
Special teams were HORRIFIC vs the Fins & had a huge hand in how that game got away so quickly. This team is not built to play from behind the way they are playing on offense.

As much as we kill Sanchez for showing zero improvement in year 4, by doing the same dumb s*it like throwing STUPID late picks in the redzone to trying to make plays while he's falling backward & fumbling the ball, what have these coaches improved in over the last 4 years?

There are coaches that can win with less talent IF they can coach a team in the basic fundamentals of blocking & tackling without making aggregious mistakes.
We seem to lead the league in BACKBREAKING turnovers & penalties at the worst possible moments!

Rex & this team are mentally WEAK, lack any sort of real confidence, talking about how confident you are means NOTHING.
There is a total lack of discipline in this entire organization! That is why Woody needs to hire a new GM & GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WAY!

You need an outsider with no attachments to ANYONE so that he can make decisions based on keeping the best players & jettisoning the dead wood on the Jets.
I would rather watch a YOUNG LB miss a tackle because he took the wrong angle than watch Scott, Pace, or Thomas miss tackles because they're too damn old to get an angle.

In the Jets case, CHANGE IS GOOD.
