Are they still the Knickerbockers or are they officially the Knicks?
Never the less, was a huge fan in the 90's but lost interest in pro ball.

Great win tonight coming back from down 12 midway through 4th quarter in a place where we haven't won in over a decade!

Kidd and Felton were huge additions....think letting Lin go and sign these two vets was the right move short and long term.

Its crazy cause was just saying at KO that the Knicks were very strong team through out the 90s while Jets struggled until 98/99......

Then the Knicks run comes to an end and they're a basement dweller most of last decade while Jets were on the rise and enjoyed a solid run with multiple playoff appearences, winning seasons, and even won a half dozen playoff games from '01-'10.

Now once again Jets seem to be on the decline as Knicks are on the rise......guess can't have it both ways?!

The bench will even become stronger once Shumpert comes back....Amare too, but he really doesn't seem to fit in with this style (plays no D + chemistry issue with Melo).

Knicks have won more games now than the Jets will win all year.

i believe a lot of the chemistry problems between Amare/Melo can and will be solved with better PG play.

Amare is not a creator, he's a finisher, so he needs the PG or someone else to set him up in proper scoring position. he had the luxury of playing with Nash most of his career, but we saw that he got along great with Felton, too. we lost Felton when we traded for Melo, and we know Melo isn't much of a facilitator himself, so Amare got lost in the flow.

now with Felton back and the addition of Kidd, we're seeing a lot better ball-movement and more team-oriented play. guys like Melo and JR Smith are passing up tough shots to look for the open man. this should help Amare get more integrated into the offense.

Maybe the jets will go 7-0 from here out. Yeah right. I had forgotten how good it feels to win a big game.

How does being a Jets fan compare to being a Sacramento Kings fan- I'm hearing they might move to Seattle (the Kings that is).

Don't sleep on the BROOKLYN Nets either.

    5-2 now? Won 4 in a row?

We might actually have two teams from NY make it to the Postseason this year......

(I know I know...it's way too early but it's nice to dream)
